1. Project-Based Services
For SaaS product development, AI integration, cloud and DevOps work, product optimization, consulting, and related software engineering services, each engagement is planned and executed with agreed scopes, milestones, and timelines. Since our work involves dedicated time, planning, and resource allocation:
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has started.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, planning, or reserved-time costs.
- Refund requests made after delivery of a project phase are not eligible unless explicitly covered in the proposal, invoice, contract, or service agreement.
2. Subscription or Retainer Services
For ongoing or subscription-based services, such as monthly maintenance, cloud support, technical support, or consulting retainers:
- Cancellations can be requested anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
- Future renewals will be canceled immediately upon your request.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment made for a service that was not initiated or assigned.
- Non-delivery of work due to internal cancellation from our side.
Refunds are generally not available once work has started, especially where payment covers completed work, reserved time, third-party costs, or agreed delivery milestones. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Domain purchases, hosting, software tools, and third-party costs
- Consultation, audit, discovery, and planning sessions
- Custom development, setup, or implementation work already completed
