1. Project-Based Services

For software development, AI integration, web design, or consulting services, each engagement is planned and executed with agreed milestones and timelines. Since our work involves dedicated time, planning, and resource allocation:

  • Refunds are generally not offered once the project has started.
  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative or consultation costs.
  • Refund requests made after delivery of a project phase are not eligible unless explicitly covered in the service agreement.

2. Subscription or Retainer Services

For ongoing or subscription-based services (such as monthly maintenance, cloud support, or consulting retainers):

  • Cancellations can be requested anytime, but refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.
  • Future renewals will be canceled immediately upon your request.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • Payment made for a service that was not initiated or assigned.
  • Non-delivery of work due to internal cancellation from our side.

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Domain purchases, hosting, and third-party integrations
  • Consultation, audit, and discovery sessions
  • Custom development or setup work already completed

5. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our support team via email with your project details and reason for the request. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will respond within 3-5 business days.
